⑦ The Law Firm is not responsible for customer damages caused by system failures occurring without intent or gross negligence in the process of management, inspection, repair, or replacement of facilities such as servers or software operation, failures caused by third-party attacks, dissemination of computer viruses for which countermeasures have not been developed, or other force majeure reasons.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and if a lawsuit is filed, the Seoul Eastern District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
